Women's Bodies: Body Wisdom
Join us for a LIVE journey into the wisdom of our Bodies- where we are deconstructing patriarchal narratives & reclaiming our Bodies.
Coming Soon…
Women’s Bodies: Body Wisdom is an exploration of how patriarchal culture has shaped women’s relationship with their bodies — and how we begin dismantling those narratives to restore dignity, sovereignty, and our body.
Many of the beliefs we carry about our bodies were never truly ours. They were inherited from a culture that has shaped women’s self-perception for generations. Reclaiming our relationship with our bodies begins with awareness — the courage to question those narratives and the willingness to meet ourselves with compassion rather than judgment. This workshop offers a space to begin that process together.
From impossible beauty standards to the sexualization of youth, the dominant culture has shaped how women feel about our bodies, our aging, our weight, our sexuality, and our worth. These messages are absorbed slowly over time through media, family systems, religion, medicine, and social expectations.
Eventually these external messages become internal voices.
Many of us spend years judging our bodies, monitoring our appearance, comparing ourselves to others, or feeling that our bodies are somehow wrong. These patterns shape our confidence, our relationships, and often even our health.
schedule
If you feel a quiet resonance with this work and would like to experience it for yourself, you are warmly invited to begin with the 90-minute introductory workshop, Women’s Bodies & Body Wisdom. This session offers a gentle entry point—a space to explore how cultural narratives have shaped our relationship with our bodies and to begin reconnecting with the deeper intelligence and wisdom that lives within us. The introductory workshop is offered on a sliding scale basis, with a suggested contribution of $99- 369 For those who find themselves wanting to go further, there is also the opportunity to continue into the full six-week journey, where these themes unfold more deeply through a guided process of reflection, understanding, and reclaiming a compassionate relationship with our bodies.
Dates & Times coming soon. Email us at TheFemininePath@gmail.com to reserve your seat.
WEEK ONE
The Wound & The World — How Did We Get Here?
Understanding the historical and cultural forces that shaped women’s relationship with our bodies. We explore how patriarchal systems regulated female bodies, created beauty standards, and established narratives women have carried for generations. This session helps us recognize that many of the struggles we experience with our bodies did not originate within us—they were inherited from the culture around us.
WEEK TWO
Body Wisdom — Reconnecting with the Intelligence of the Body
Before we can change our relationship with our bodies, we must remember that the body itself carries deep intelligence. In this session we explore the concept of body wisdom—how the body communicates through sensation, intuition, emotion, and instinct. Participants begin practicing how to listen to the body rather than treating it as something to control or correct.
WEEK THREE
The Mirror of Misogyny — Internalized Patriarchy & the Cycle of Self-Abuse
Here we examine how cultural narratives become internal beliefs. Women often unconsciously adopt the same standards that were used to regulate and judge us, turning those voices inward. We explore how internalized misogyny appears through body criticism, comparison, dieting cycles, perfectionism, and the subtle ways we become our own harshest judge.
WEEK FOUR
The Motherline — Inherited Narratives in Our Lineage
Our relationship with our bodies is not only personal—it is intergenerational. In this session we explore the messages about beauty, weight, aging, and femininity that were passed down through mothers and grandmothers. By understanding these inherited survival strategies, we begin to hold compassion for the women who came before us while recognizing the opportunity to interrupt the cycle.
WEEK FIVE
Body as Messenger — Health, Disease & the Stories We Carry
The body often speaks when words cannot. In this session we explore how emotional repression, chronic stress, shame, and unresolved experiences can manifest physically in the body. We examine the relationship between body image, nervous system stress, and health, and how reconnecting with the body’s signals can become a pathway toward healing and deeper self-understanding.
WEEK six
Liberation with Kindness — Reclaiming a New Relationship with the Body
The final session focuses on rebuilding a relationship with the body rooted in compassion rather than criticism. Participants explore what it means to step outside cultural expectations, face the fear of judgment or rejection, and begin living in greater alignment with their authentic selves. The emphasis is not perfection, but a gradual return to dignity, respect, and trust in the body’s wisdom.
