I have created this guidebook for you from the foundations of Feminine Medicine—as a way for you to experience awakening to the Feminine within you.

Within the pages of the Feminine Sovereignty GuideBook, you will find invitations to remember, to return, and to awaken. My prayer is that it activates the remembrance within you of your truth—your belonging, your wisdom, your sacred essence.
So many of us have walked this journey feeling alone, looking for something 'else' that is not offerred in our dominant culture. But we have not been wrong... that something else... is within you!
