Retreat Dates & Registration
This pilgrimage immersion will be held on:

A $499.00 deposit is required to hold your space…
All spaces must be fully confirmed and paid by: March 01, 2026.
After the registration deadline- March 01, 2026, bookings are final and cannot be canceled.
Deposits, Cancellations & Changes to Your Booking
Deposits are non-refundable- $499.00 deposit amount to secure your space.
If you need to withdraw before the registration deadline, you may request:
• A partial refund (minus the deposit of $499.00)
• A transfer of your place to someone on a waitlist, if one exists (admin fee of $100.00 applies)
• A transfer to another Feminine Medicine retreat within 12 months, if space allows (transfer fee of $100.00 applies)
If the retreat you transfer into has a higher price, the price difference will be due.
Requests to transfer into a retreat occurring within the same year depend entirely on availability and must be confirmed promptly with payment of the transfer fee.
After the final registration deadline, March 01, 2026 cancellations for refunds are not possible. All payments will bee forfeited at that time.
Minimum Participation
This retreat requires a minimum group size to run. If enrollment does not reach that threshold by the registration deadline, all payments will be refunded (minus charges imposed by payment processors for credit cards, etc).
Travel, Insurance & Required Documents
Participants are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from Spain, including flights, trains, and visas or entry documents if required.
It is strongly recommended that each participant carry travel insurance covering medical care, cancellation, delays, personal belongings, and missed travel connections.
Health & Physical Ability
By joining the retreat, participants confirm they are able to engage in the scheduled activities, including walking on varied terrain, participating in gentle movement, and joining outdoor excursions.
Relevant health conditions, allergies, dietary needs, injuries, or mental-health considerations should be shared with the organizer in advance and we will try our best to Accommodate them, however, it is not Guaranteed that we will be able to personalize all circumstances for your Specific needs.
Medications and personal health supports should be brought by each participant.
Community Agreements & Conduct
The retreat space is held as a sacred, inclusive, and respectful environment.
Participants agree to:
• Show respect toward facilitators, staff, fellow participants, and locals
• Refrain from any form of harassment, harmful behavior, or disruptive conduct
• Honor confidentiality within the group
• Follow safety instructions and venue guidelines
If someone’s behavior interferes with the safety or integrity of the retreat, the organizer reserves the right to ask that individual to leave. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Self-Care & Personal Responsibility
Each participant is invited to listen to their body, energy, and emotional needs throughout the week. Anyone may choose to sit out an activity if needed.
The retreat container provides support, but each person is ultimately responsible for their own well-being, choices, and boundaries during the experience.
Substance-Free Retreat Policy
To maintain the depth and clarity of this pilgrimage, participants agree to abstain from alcohol, recreational drugs, smoking, and vaping for the duration of the retreat. If participants are found to be using an of the above, it is grounds for dismissal from the retreat, with no refund.
Illness & Communicable Symptoms
If symptoms of illness arise, participants agree to minimize exposure to others and wear a mask while indoors. Ultimately, it is the responsibility of the Retreat Host to maintain safety for the group, and If She decides that your sickness is a risk for The group, You May not be able to participate in the Retreat activities. As an option, Alternate Solo Activities may be arranged for your continuation in the Retreat, if that is a viable option.

In this retreat, the Experience of women and their mothers… lineage and ancient ancestral mothers is center to the themes and Feminine Lineage work that we do. Therefore, This retreat is solely for biological women, Because of their Physical, mental, emotional and spiritual Experience as a woman.
What Is Included
• Accommodations for the full retreat
• Meals included ( Three meals a day- Vegetarian Meals)
• All ceremonies, teachings, excursions, and group experiences
• Materials (PDFs) for specified practices or rituals
• Pre-retreat gatherings, resources, and guidance: Two Zoom Group Sessions 30 days prior to our Retreat- Dates will be emailed after Registration.
What Is Not Included
• Airfare and travel to/from Spain, and to and from the Retreat center.
• Travel insurance
• Transportation outside of those specified
• Optional excursions or personal purchases
• Medical treatment or emergency care
Unforeseen Circumstances (Force Majeure)
If circumstances beyond the organizer’s control prevent the retreat from taking place—such as severe weather, illness, political restrictions, natural events, or travel disruptions—every reasonable effort will be made to refund participants as fully as possible.
Refunds will reflect any non-recoverable expenses already paid to venues or service providers.
Liability Release
By registering, participants acknowledge that they assume full responsibility for their physical, emotional, and mental well-being throughout the retreat and during all travel.
The organizer and facilitators are not liable for injuries, illnesses, delays, loss of property, or travel disruptions. Participants are encouraged to carry appropriate insurance.
Privacy & Use of Personal Information
Participant information is collected only for registration, communication, and safety purposes.
Data is stored securely and will not be shared with outside parties except in the case of an emergency.
Participants may request correction or deletion of their information at any time.
Policy Updates
The organizer may revise these terms when necessary. Any updates will be communicated by email.
Agreement
By completing registration and submitting payment, participants confirm they have read and agree to all terms and conditions outlined here.

We have two Private rooms available and six shared rooms that have two double beds in each.
Private room: Queen Private room cost $3199.00 including meals
Shared room: Double Bed shared Room cost $2899.00 including meals
Deposit of $499.00 to Reserve your space is needed.
